I know European children are for sure. Some African-blacks too. I don't know if I could vote Asian though, with all that Buddhist chanting stuff.

Anyone can claim to be a child of God, but only those that trust God through Jesus Christ are God's children according to Him. The other people in this world, no matter how well intentioned, are what the bible refers to as the children of disobediance.
Ephesians 2:2
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Ephesians 5:6
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Colossians 3:6
For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

Plain and simple, those that accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are the Children of God. The Jews that accept Jesus as Savior are also the Children of God. Anyone of any group of people that do not accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, Lord and Savior are not the the Children of God and this includes Jews.

No, God has no children. You can find it's evidence in Muslims Holy Quran in Chapter 30 in "Surah Qul" which clearly says that God is one, He has got no children and He is alone. He neither sleeps nor eats. He created the whole universe. One day, all of us will die and then live again by His order.

Well, the most likely answer to your question will be "We are all children of God" - since God is One and He created everything, right? but my answer would be: Your judgment and beliefs are shaped by the amount and authenticity of the information you have.

In theory we are all 'God's Children'
However his actual Son, was Jesus.
It would be rasist and discriminating to not include asians, as if someone believes they are God's child, they are.
