Sounds good to me. Can you jog/run for 10 minutes without getting pooped? Can you pick things up from the floor easily? Could you do 10 push ups?

plug in 5' 3" and 120 lbs
it says you are in the middle of the normal weight category

No the weight that a person should be at is 5'3'' and 130 so you are in fine but if u have a lot of muscle then you may need to gain a little weight because muscle weighs more then fat.

Depends alot on your build really....If you feel overwieght lose some wieght, if you feel fine than just be the sexy creature you are...
