Spam email is easier to detect (by server-side software) if the same body text is repeated in every batch - often hundreds of thousands - of emails. Some spammers try to get round this by using what is effectively a random text generator, so every email is different and therefore harder to detect. The body text will contain any number of links, all of which - predictably - will take you to a website whose aim is to steal your money.
As with all spam, just delete it - and NEVER follow any links.
