I don't know actual law on the subject in your area, but the research I've done for myself can allow me to knowingly say that woman on woman relationships have the most slacked laws regarding Statutory Rape, male on male being the harshest. Also most states recognize a 2 year gap, meaning a 15 and 17 can hook up, or 17 and 19, you get the idea. After researching your state a little, I can say you are OK, because they are over 14 and you are under 21 and fall within a reasonable age gap from them.

I don't think it matters what your gender is the laws are usually against someone 18 and over being with a 16 year old. Look up Mo. state laws on your computer maybe you can find something there.

it may not seem like such a big age diffrents but it is in the eyes of the law .and 18year old should be able to make more mature decisions then a 16 year old. that's why they call it corrupting the mind of a Miner .and if the 16 year old parents find out about it and there serious they can bring you up on charges

MO is one of the most open states there is when it comes to ages. Most of the time, check up on this to be sure, a two year age gap is ignored when it comes to these types of relationships.

You need to know the law of your state to find out if this girl is of legal age to be involved with an adult. It is statuatory rape in most states and your could be classified as a "child molester".

18 is considered adult and anything below is considered minor. But that's here in Texas, it's stagatory if sex is invovled and the parents of the minor want to press charges. Sexual contact should be avoided just in case.

No, because you would have to be 4 years apart for it to be against the law.

Why do you want to find laws against it? There is so many rules about homosexual relationships anyways, why are you trying to make it any harder? Love is love and I don't get why more people don't accept it.
