1. I like to enjoy good food and some beverage, and now I am starting up by my own some homebrew, a Lager type, then I realise that it'd be good idea to get a LOW GRADE BEER, under 2, maybe 1 (better)alcohol grade. "Drink high, Thanks"

What is a low grade homebrew?

Are you referring to a low alcohol beer? If so, look for a recipe for an English mild. It's a very light beer but pretty big in flavor.
