You can get the yeast at http://www.maltose.com

If you want a dry wine, askl for champagne yeast. Otherwise, ask for Lalvin d47. A pack of it will make 6 gallons of wine and will cost you a dollar fifty (including shipping).

If you want to make it correctly, you can buy a winemaking book.

Ferment your fruit,add sugar it's a Natural chemical reaction. We in Wisconsin know about drinking. Have fun and experiment.
