Of course you can do as you please. You are aware of the way your messages are received. If that's what you want, that's fine with me. You have the right to type the way you choose and others have the right to interpret it by current social customs.

I think to many capitals clutter up the page and makes it harder to read. I usually cap. a word, if the questioner has capped it - Bible, bible, or to make a word stand out, or if I want to stress a word. Seeing this is a literal forum, all capitols is yelling. A whole line of exclaimation marks after it is past yelling. I'm not saying you do all that, but it is a literal forum, not verbal. Your statement above looks neat enough to me.

Communication on an internet forum lacks many of the cues of face-to-face communication - like facial expression, body language, tone of voice, etc. To compensate for this, people use a variety of conventions to make themselves more clearly understood. One of these conventions is the use of capitals to denote shouting - raising your case is equivalent to raising your voice.
Certainly you are free to ignore conventions. You can type messages in all caps and you can attend weddings in cut-offs and a paint-stained t-shirt. But ignoring social conventions tells people you are either clueless or hostile, and they will respond accordingly.

The delivery has to be good or the message is lost. I routinely ignore whatever is typed in all caps. Exercise your 'right' to type in all caps if you really want to. I will exercise my right to ignore you.
You are commanded in the bible to follow the law of the land unless it contradicts the bible. Since the bible does not mention allowing you to type in caps you MUST follow the convention because the law of this land (internet) is netiquette.
The bible implicitly tells you not to type in all caps.

it's often hard to express feeling, emotion, intent, sarcasm, whatever, when you type something. using all caps is a way for the group to recognize that you are angry in your words.
it's not about following the statis quo, it's about presenting yourself in a way which you'll be understood by others.
