call 1-800-MCAssist (1-800-622-7747) toll free in the United States.

For Discover Card, you call 1-800-DISCOVER (347-2683)
But you said Mastercard. Discover is not Mastercard, and the number to call will be different for various vendors of Mastercard

Call the issuing bank. The general number for Discover can't help you with that; they only service the issuing banks, not the banks' customers.
