I'm sure you must be feeling better by now but maybe your system need a little cleansing. Take some kind of laxative like Ex-lax... or drink a glass of Andrews to get rid of the toxins .

Pray, and when it goes away in five hours like it normally would even had you not prayed, chalk the disappearance of your symptoms to a magical man that lives in the sky, then tell everyone how they are all wrong and only you are right, becuase you had a personal expeirence that proves nothing!
Or, eat a couple of Tums, avoid whatever made you feel like crap, take a fat growler on the toilet, and get on with life...
