ohh mystique how can yo say that it's not Arabic, it's 100% arabic.
well it can't be transtated word to word to give a meaning , but this sentence is used to congratulate for the new year , it means "may you have a wonderful year"

I am born arabic and i speak the arabic classical language as well. This is not arabic. heheh i just realized you had two words stuck together it is arabic! It is Kol am wantom bikhair which means every year and you are in wealth literally. It basically is a way of saying happy new year or even happy birthday.

It is often said at Eid, which are the Muslim holy holidays.
It means something like: 'May you and your family have a wonderful year.'

will i don't know the exact meaning in english ...:p

but i think it means ...every year and you are in a good shape...

in arabic we say it when we congratulate someone in special occasions and stuff like that....
