Try a diet high in water and fiber first. If you still feel constipated and tired..then use a good laxative to clear yourself out first. A saline laxative will work nicely. Try magnesium sulfate (in a bottle at the drug store)...
Save yourself money. Just eat well. Delete processed foods. Eat natural for a couple of days like raw veggies. No wheat or sugar. You will feel better and not need something up your rear for relief.
