Yes, I heard about it this morning. On ABC they said they weren't sure of the numbers yet but about 21 people were killed and the same number injured. They said the gun man was dead though. It is the deadliest school shooting in history. It's really sad, I'm sorry for all of the family and friends of the victims, I can't imagine how painful it must be for those involved.

I went to school at Tech's sister school, Radford University, and have a really hard time believing something like this has happened at a place I know and have been. It's mind-numbing when you think of all the parents who, perhaps, said goodbye to their children last Sunday after Easter and sent them back to school....perhaps never to see them again. We send out kids to college and are proud of them and think about the wonderful futures they will have. How truly saddening to think that this is something parents will have to worry about more and more.
It is a sad, sad day for a lot of people today......
