I like using frozen fruit... mixed berry or whatever fruit you have on hand fresh or frozen... But if you use fresh fruit, make sure you also add ice.

1 cup of yogurt

a dash of spirulina

a dash of Bee Pollen

milk (just enough to emulsify) and honey...

Blend it all up and it is one of the healthiest things you can drink...

Just make sure you are not allergic to the bee pollen!

I use Clubhouse smoothies mix and follow the directions on the pack. The orange is quite good. You can find them at almost any grocery store, or try www.foodtv.ca

1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 banana
dash of wheat germ

Swirl around in blender until smooth.
