New Covenant Bible Students (split in 1909 due to Russell's doctrinal blunders)

Pastoral Bible Institute (split in 1917 when Rutherford replaced 4 of the 7 board members with his friends)

Berean Bible Institute (1918, same as PBI above)

Stand Fast Bible Students Association (1918, after Rutherford purchased War Bonds)

Angel of Jehovah Bible and Tract Society (1917)

Philanthropic Assembly of the Friends of Man (1917)

Layman's Home Missionary Movement (1919)

Dawn Bible Students Association (1928, after Watchtower ceased publication of doctrines that Russell had advocated)

Millennial Bible Students Church (1928)

Christian Millennial Fellowship, Inc. (1940)

Goshen Fellowship (1951)

In 1942, Jehovah's Witnesses changed the date of the Second Coming in their doctrine from 1874 to 1914, which led to the departure of several groups who kept the original date.

Bible Student's Fellowship

Bible Way Publications

Christian Renewal Ministry

Church of God, Faith of Abraham

Eagle Society

Hirsho-Kittenger Movement

Olson Movement

Ritchie Movement (now defunct, led by A. I. Ritchie, vice-president of the Watchtower Society)

Sturgeon Movement (now defunct)

Friends of the Nazarene

Chicago Bible Students

All of the above are officially-documented splinter groups (the main ones are cited with dates and reasons of departure). There are several unofficial splinter groups that are not mentioned above due to the fact that they were more like "clubs" than actual religious societies, and most of them were never incorporated (some of them, however, are listed in my sources below). Here are a couple of sources:

Jehovah's Witnesses themselves refer to the "evil slave class" as those who separate from the true Christian congregation.

Jehovah's Witnesses have consistently refused to identify these "evil slave class" religions by name, just as Jehovah has identified Satan by title rather than by actual personal name (Satan="Resister", and Devil="Slanderer").

In refusing to engage apostate former Witnesses, Jehovah's Witnesses demonstrate themselves to be positive and forward-looking, concentrating on their own 'workmanship' in connection with "the good news".

(2 Timothy 2:14-19) Keep reminding [fellow Christians] of these things, charging them before God as witness, not to fight about words, a thing of no usefulness at all... Do your utmost to present yourself approved to God, a workman with nothing to be ashamed of, handling the word of the truth aright. But shun empty speeches that violate what is holy... Jehovah knows those who belong to him

Yes there are many off shoots! The True Faith Association Of Jehovahs Witnesses is one. Also, at one time there was Jehovah's CHRISTIAN Witnesses established in California. Also, many Bible Student groups are off shoots of the Witnesses. David Aldridge established a group called, "Reformed Believers Of Jehovah God and Christ, an off shoot of Jehovah's Witnesses." Core beliefs are about the same, however there is no central body or headquarters to answer to. Also, all things not specifically mentioned in scripture are left to ones conscience to decide, example celebrating holidays, medical treatment, serving in the military etc etc. Br Aldridge leads most meetings and study, as the group is small but growing, as many ex JW's are looking fro an alternative to the heavy yoke they carried!!

There are no splinter groups. The name was changed in 1935 from The International Bible Students to Jehovah's Witnesses. The organization can date themselves back to Abel in the beginning of time on earth. Abel was the first faithful Witness of Jehovah.

They themselves are a branch of the Russellites, a group which did not oppose many of the things Jehovah's Witnesses do (celebrating holidays, for one). There were three or four other groups that broke off from them, but I can't think of what their names are (Bible Students are one). The Russellites are still around, though fairly small.

The Russellites were originally part of the Millerite group, which gave rise to the Seventh Day Adventists, among others.

Well considering that most people have their own minds and make their own decisions, technically anyone who decides to no longer be a Witness but keeps, so much as one belief, could be considered an offshoot.

I don't think there are many, if any at all

The JW's were an offshoot of the Adventists though
