I am talking about a bicycle, NOT a motorcycle.

I have a few favorite dream bikes:

Colnago C 50 with full Campy Record

Specialized Sworks Tarmac, with Roval wheels and full Dura Ace

Orbea Orca with full SRAM Force

My dream biek these days would be the Cervelo R3 with a Dura Ace group. Price no object, I'd like a Parlee Z1 custom carbon frameset with Dura Ace.

Probably the Cervelo R3 with DuraAce.
Although a Felt F1 with DuraAce wouldn't exactly be a shabby alternative...

I'm already on the Felt 55 with DuraAce, and I'll admit I'm a little spoiled with the DuraAce action.

Forget your U.C.I. machines (all 6.8 kg and similar shapes & components). M5 lowracer with full fairing. If money is no object I'd also go with M5's super lite components. (I'd go for them on any bike)

SO MUCH QUICKER

P.S.
So somebody doesn't like recumbent road bicycles.

Well if I had to limit my dreams to a diamond frame a Titanium Litespeed would be the go, the Ghisallo. That's the one with the 770 gram frame (1.7lb). I'd still like as many m5 components as possible. Either record or dura ace to finish off.

If I was to take it racing I'd need to add a few kilos to bring it up to the minimum weight.
