Anything with substance, not greasy and not spicy. One important thing is that if you are not an experienced drinker you shouldn't TRY to get drunk as it will happen on its own.

When you go out your goal shouldn't be to get drunk, it should really be to have a good time. Getting drunk and having a good time are two entirely separate things. I wish you luck and please be careful. Your next question will most certainly be how to cure a hangover.

the worst is not to eat at all. I always eat bread and butter or a good old fashion greasy burger. Also, drink some water in between your drinking to help not to be sick after the party

Rashid, what the hell is the factor on your life? Either manner, Energy beverages probably include a tonne of sugar, exceptionally the less expensive no manufacturer power beverages. I suppose one million an afternoon is customarily tolerable, however even then you are drinking plenty of sugar, in far more than what you must be. If you activity in general this should not be a concern, if you do not, simply lower somewhat, all of it is helping.

Anything with heavy cream in it... Ice cream, whipped cream. It coats you intestines and makes it take longer to absorb the alcohol. Potato chips and pretzels are a no no, because if you get sick, they are real nasty when they come back up.

it depends on the type of drinking you are planning on doing.....I would stay away from any thing that is spicy or acidic....it will not taste very good the second time around.

depends on the goal. Complex carbs like pasta if you want to not get bombed quick, nothing if you do.
