no, this won't work you'll lose some weight at the beginning but then you gain it all back on later on some times you gain back more that what you started with. been there tried that it doesn't work.you really want one that works and keeps it off? well it's going to take longer than you thought. trust me I know what I'm talking about i use to be way over weight now i weigh 102 pounds i am 5 foot and 24 yrs old. you have to follow my instructions to a tee or you might as well forget it. 1 you have to eat healthy 3 meals a day 1-2 snacks of fruit and/or veggies a day. 2exercise on the regular. walk an hour a day, every day in the afternoon. swim(bike) an hour in the morning
and 3-4 times a week 45 mins of muscle toning. 3 cut out alochol, no caffine, no ice cream, no pop, no take out from restuarants or fast food joints. very littte junk food. may be one bar and one bag of chips a week. if you find this a bit too hard for your will power, then eat some low fat popcorn, jello, rice krispies squares as they do not put on the pounds. for ice cream lovers frozen juices are good too. 4 is the most important one of all you have to weigh yourself at the beginning before starting this program and then you can't weigh yourself until 5months are gone by. why? because you will have some days where you lose nothing or even gain weight. muscle weighs more than body fat . however muscle burns faster so you lose quicker. also, when you do finally weigh yourself at 5months in the program you will see that you lost 20 pounds or more and had kept it off. once you see how it works you can continue with the program and it will help you lose and maintain the weight you lost. so get started and good luck. remember no cheating or it won't work. p.s. switch up your exercise routine a bit to fight the boredom. go hiking for an hour or skating or go camping for a day or two. get started I know you can do it.

If your total calories for the week are less than the calories you burn for the week, then yes the diet will work. However it would be healthier for you if you ate a balanced diet all week long.

You state that you are consuming 1400 calories a day, and burning only 700 each day. With this balance, you are gaining weight. Remember the machines at the gym are way off on the calories you burn, most over state the calories that are burnt. Talk to a fitness professional to get you on a reasonable and accurate workout schedule and meal plan.

It will depend on how much fattening stuff (and how fattening) you eat on week-ends and on your age.
At this moment, your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) is between 1400 and 1550, depending on whether you are a teenager (18) or middle age. Let´s consider that you have a daily intake of 1400Kcal (even at week-ends) and you excercise every day (700kcal). Then, considering that you need to burn 3500kcal to loose a pound, you would loose at least 0.2 lb/day (more if you have a higher BMR), and your diet should work on the short term. With time your BMR will go down (with your weight, and the lost of weight could become slower.
I would suggest you cut out the fattening stuff, which is not good for your health anyway, and you keep the excercise regime.

Forget weight loss diet I devour like a horse and I simplest weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat generally, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a steady provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less more likely to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of top protein meals and do not cross too rough at the carbs. Try cross effortless on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the strange deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon according to day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely in the direction of your total water consumption. As for undertaking I perform a little gentle weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing laptop) 2 days every week with one days relaxation. There is a natural perception that doing cardiovascular undertaking on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well inspiration as muscle tissues burns plenty of vigour, even at the same time you sleep. You do not need to emerge as Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll be able to convert to muscle tissues is not going to simplest make you seem greater however broaden your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep may be foremost whilst looking to construct muscle. Good Luck

dont count calories burned since there is no way you can tell it precisely, you have to count time. dont splurge on weekend or there is no need to diet.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
