The CD should have loaded a program. In order to find this program, click
START - ALL PROGRAMS and then look for the program loaded. (The name may be on the CD.)

This program will go out and find all the pictures in the camera and give you options such as downloading and saving to disk.

Look on the CD for an electronic manual, too. Both for the camera and for the software.

The simplest and quickest thing to do may be to download a free copy of google's Picasa2. http://picasa.google.com/
Open it up, plug in your camera, and it will guide you through the download.

It's a terrific and easy to use program.
