There are lots of things under 100 calories...but the 2468 diet is an anorexic diet. You won't lose fat, you're losing muscle and organ tissue! Not only that, but you're opening yourself up to a whole host of diseases because your body wont' be able to fight anything off. Try a vegan diet instead. Very healthy, but you lose weight very quickly and easily. Get a book called "The McDougal Plan For Maximum Weight Loss." I've lost a lot of weight on that diet!

What do you mean 100 calorie diet? 100 calories in a day? That is WAY too little calories unless you're a mouse. You need at least 1000 and you will lose weight on that amount.

never heard of it, but most fruits and vegetables are under 100 calories. you could get things that have more than 100 cal per portion and eat less than the full portion.

walmart has their own brand of pickles, they say 0 calories.
some other items that are low are
green beans
lettuce
brocoli
cauliflower
carrots

natures own lite bread with parkay spray butter is only 40 cal
or you can have 2 breads with 1 fat free cheese from kraft and still have a grilled cheese sandwich and it be only 105cal
you can also get fat free pudding for 60-80 cal
Hope this helps
