If you are receiving services then you should have been issued with information regarding your rights .Related to mental health are specific as they are governed by the mental health act you can get all the information on the governments website are you referring to a particular right ?hope this helps

Think everyone so far is in agreement. You need to be more specific. You probable don't have many rights even as a voluntary patient (service user), they can still find ways to take away the rights you have.
