We've all had our mistakes of forgetting about food, and I can deal with most smells. But rotten potatoes are the worst! I mean really rotten, like when you finally discover them and go to throw them out black stuff drips out and they mush in your hand. Throw all that together, and that's just beyond gross. I almost barfed.

I've smelled all kinds of spoiled foods, and none of them is pretty. It would be hard to pick just one, so I'd have to say it's a tie between spoiled eggs, and spoiled uncooked chicken.

What's REALLY bad, though is the grease-trap, which restaurants have under their dishwashing sink. It traps larger food particles (and grease, of course) to prevent clogging in the pipes. Even when it's properly cleaned out every couple of days, you still need to wrap a bandanna around your face, or you'll puke when you smell it. Yes, I'm serious.

It does not scent undesirable. We basically think of it does because of the fact evolution has experienced us to. The scent of the gasses emitted via micro organism look noxious because of the fact each and all of the persons who theory they smelled reliable have died out, probably from bacterial infections. And on the molecular point, a sparkling and a rotten banana are extremely distinctive. there is each form of chemical tactics occurring.

Almost all are awful. I think it is a primitive survivial tool, so that we do not poison ourselves with bad food. That said, I vote for rotten fish with its ammonia smell.
