The flesh and the spirit are opposed to each other.
As Romans 7:14-25 says, .....when I wish to do right, what is bad is present with me. I delight in the law of God, but I behold another law warring against the law of my mind, making me captive to sins law. Miserable man that I am! Who will rescue me? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Like Paul, all imperfect people have a fight against the sins the flesh wants to do.

i have a head ache, my feet are swollen, my dog won't stop pissing when people come over, my coffee is cold and i wanna cinnamon bun...waaaah.
