How do I open a fax?

Question

It keeps giving an error message that you dont have the right program installed. But it doesnt say which program to install. I tried efax but id didnt work. Thanks in advance.

Actually I already recievied it I just want to open it.

I FAX through my FAX modem. It is very easy.
Create a Word, Excel, whatever, file
File
Print
for the printer, click the down arrow and select FAX

Of course, the FAX has to have been installed.
-You go to Add/Remove
-You want to add a component (not a program)
-scroll down the list of components available to you and select the FAX
-After you select it, you have to configure it - give it your information, tell where to send FAXes, when, etc. -- you'll see when you get to it.
