Hey I Hate Rude People,

Some of these sites may repeat what you have been given already. Remember the archives in Belfast were destroyed by the IRA a few years ago, making it difficult. If you ancestor is Catholic, their records were not centralized, so you stand a good chance of getting them direct from the Church(s).

If you use the Family Search by LDS, be sure to look in the IGI (international genealogical index) to ensure you get Ireland.

Geneology.com is a pretty good one... I guess I would wonder what about your family giving you information...
I am 1/2 irish 1/2 german.

You can learn, through your surname, facts and where in Ireland your family most likely comes from, that sort of thing.
