Mary/Maryam, peace be upon her, is very important in Christian teaching, as she's the mother of Jesus, who's 'Son of God', according to the same teaching. Why is there no chapter in the Bible which is called Mary?

My apologize if the question couldn't be understood. I meant why is there no book which is named: 'Mary'. I didn't ask: Did Mary write a book?

Mary is simply a Godly woman. Christianity is based on the life of Jesus (God), and his infinite sacrifice that pays the price for all the sin of the World.

Mary was a Mom. A very good Mom.
What is it that any good Mother teaches....?
Now
What is the Bible about?
Every time Mary is brought up in the bible ,,,what is she doing,,What do you feel about her every time she's there?
Mary doesn't have a chapter because she is all over the new testament. Each time,,Each experience,,She's teaching
something about,,,,,,,,,,,,,What!!!?
Jesus doesn't have a chapter in the bible ..
Some one put Mary in all the places you find her....Why?
She was a part of Jesus's life from beginning to end.
She's there,,,Jesus is there.

First of all, chapters are not named, books are. Second, Mary did not write a book.

Third, for those who say that women don't have a place in the Bible, you are wrong. Read it all and you fill find stories and books about godly women.

Well i'm not sure... But we have to remember that Mary was human just like the rest of us... She just was what God was looking for and she had to be a blessed person to be chosen by God, but sometimes i believe that we end up worshiping her just as much as God which is totally wrong. They aren't on the same level.

Women were mostly illiterate at the time the Bible was written, but there was a book purporting to be by Mary Magdalen, but it was not accepted at the council of Nicea, so it is now considered apocrypha.

The gospels are named after their writers...beyond that, unless the entire book is about a specific person and what they did (ex. Esther, Ruth, the prophets), they're often not named for a specific person.

Here are examples of those who played a major role in Christianity who did not have books named after them: Moses, Noah, Adam and Eve, Elijah, Elisha, Paul and...here's the big one...Jesus!

If you think there should be a book called Mary then surely there should be a book called Joseph?

Everything about Our Lady points straight back to the Father, Whose faithful daughter she is; to the Son, Whose mother she is; and to the Holy Ghost Who overshadowed her. There is no one in all of History whose relationship with God is as complex, fulfilled, and achingly beautiful as Mary's. She is not only the greatest of Saints, she is our Mother, as Jesus is our Brother and Savior. In honoring her, we honor Him -- and imitate Him, as we are admonished to both honor our parents and imitate Christ, Who loved His Mother. Our relationship with Mary is that of a child to a blessed Mother who was given to us as Jesus gave her to John at the Cross. She is our spiritual Mother (Revelation 12:17 -- And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ), and she wants to pray for us.

Hail, Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death.
