I've had the camera for about a year and now everytime i turn it on the screen is fuzzy! Sometimes it comes on and it is a clear image but then when you press down to focus the picture it goes fuzzy again! help?!!?!?!?

Check to see if you may have inadvertently switched it to the macro mode. There are two icons to tell the difference. The one with two triangles (looks like a big mountain with a smaller one to it's right) is the normal mode and the one that looks like a small flower is the macro mode. If you are in the macro mode everything more than about a foot away from the camera will be out of focus. This is quite common on some of the less expensive cameras as the macro/normal button is on the left side of the case and can get snapped down to the macro mode with out you knowing it.
