If you have MS Publisher and Acrobat, then you can create a PDF from a Publisher file.
All you have to do is go to print and select the Acrobat Distiller.

I would not use Adobe Acrobat. Use a draw program. There is one in the free OpenOffice.org suite. You can change type styles and add logos. When complete just duplicate it so there are about 8 copies on a page and then print on card stock and cut.

You shouldn't. Acrobat is used for viewing pdfs. It's not a software that is used to create layout or design work. You should just go to a printer like Kinko's or anyother place and they'll have a dozen layouts you can use. Plust they'll print the cards for you too.
