It's normal and a good thing. When you feed your body a healthy diet, it is easier to listen to what really satisfies it. Burger King tastes great when you are listening to dirty cravings and your taste buds, but not when you listen to your body.

It is normal, for you to not be enticed by the fast foods of the world and fried foods especially when yo have not eaten them for a long while. The food will taste nasty and deplorable and yes yo will taste the grease. What you are doing is very commendable; because there are just too many unhealthy people in the world and in our own families today. Obesity, is a big concerning factor in our nation today. High blood pressure and cholesterol, and diabetes, are high profile diseases that are killing our loved ones. Now your second ?, it is ok for you to eat only 1/3 of your plate; this only means that your stomach has shrunk and is not interested in taking in the unhealthy things that you are used to eating or the unhealthy additives from the unhealthy food. try eating light things like salads, fruits, and vegetables and drink more water than ever before. water, is the best weight loss and manager ever and it also balances out your body.

Yes, it's totally normal. I cut out crap food, and now when I do have it on occasion, I can taste the fat, sugar, and extra sodium. Just a little caffeine like half a cup of coffee sends me into orbit.
Also, I get chastised too for eating 1/3 of a plate. But the plates are huge and the portions are huge too! I just can't eat that much anymore. And I'm not doing that on purpose for a diet. I just eat until I'm full. That's it. And my relatives are worried that I don't eat enough. And trust me, I am not model skinny, nor do I want to be.

The more you don't eat something, such as fast food, when you do try the body generally rejects it. As for not eating all thats on your plate, how about making smaller portions to begin with - remember your stomach has shrunk because you have been eating less. Another suggestion is to eat more times a day, say 6 or 7 times and having smaller portions when you do. Try fruit or vegetables and some caramel dip (yummy!)

Its not only normal, its GREAT! Your body is just detoxing, and now you are more sensitive to the smell and taste of foods. I became a vegetarian over 3 years ago, and started making all of my household cleansers, cosmetics, soaps, shampoos etc homemade to avoid the toxic chemicals in everything, and now, I am SO aware of the smell of chemicals when I am out somewhere. Your body just needs time to finish detoxifying. Keep up the good work-you will lose weight and feel so much better. All of that stuff is loaded with artificial colors, preservatives and chemicals that your body simply does not know how to process. You are eating less because your stomach is shrinking back to the size it should be, and will continue to do so. I eat small meals throughout the day, as opposed to three big ones-much easier on the body. Eat lots of fresh organic fruit and veggies, and drink plenty of quality water-not chlorinated tap or "purified or enhanced" bottled water. Spring and steam distilled are best.

no, just listen to your body. If you want whatever have it just eat a little. I am doing to same thing. I haven't had any soda's in 5 days. I feel better. I quit fast food a while ago. I thought I would never stop eating fast food. I am finding other things to do other than eat. I love to walk its not all about food. A lot of people need to learn that. I like good food whether its healthy or unhealthy. I am learning that I can make healthy food and just as satisfied as if I eat McDonald's. Since you have changed what u eat your stomach might have strunk. Just eat til u r full

Hooray for healthy eating, huh?
It's not a bad thing, trust me. You are just learning to eat in a different way. This happens to a lot of people who have cut salt out of or down in their diet; if they salt stuff like they used to it seems terrible. You aren't throwing your body out of wack, your tastes and preferences are just changing.
As for the 1/3 a plate? Well, this might be a problem if you are taking supplements. If you are taking diet pills the lack of appetite is probably symptomatic of that, and you should cut out the pills.
If you aren't taking pills, well, again: you are just learning to eat differently, and your body is adjusting to a healthier diet, and adjusting well to it, it sounds.
Also, I really don't think you need to worry about it being anorexia. Anyone who still cheats and eats pie is simply on a diet, not dealing with a disorder.

You are doing progress with not eating fast foods. You've gotten sick of the taste and this way you wont be continuing to eat fried/fat foods. But..... Eating onlyn 1/3 of your plate is not a good thing. Eat whether you like it or not. Your begining to think that all foods are bad and all greasy. Eat good foods even though your not hungry. You might get an eating disorder call Anorexia Nervosa but I think you already do. Good Luck!

Thats pretty normal because your body seems to be rejecting the fried food...which can be good for your weight but bad for your personal happiness.
