We just had DISH installed and the picture on our TV is now in wide screen. We cannot figure out how to get it back to full screen. The option on the actual TV is not allowing us to change the setting. Please help!!!

Try going into settings on the Dish receiver, look for screen size or ratio and see if it is set to 16:9 or 4:3.Full screen will be the 4:3 ratio,it sounds like yours may be set to 16:9 in the Dish receiver since you can't change it on the tv itself.

You can control it using a little , easy to miss, button on the DISH remote, called "FORMAT".
Keep clicking Format and it will cycle through all possible modes.
