You can find something that contradicts that. The one unforgivable sin is to deny the holy spirit; supposedly, you'll go straight to hell for this.

You're confusing sin with guilt. Guilt is about having committed an act which must be punished. Sin, on the other hand, is that which separates from God. It's not a catalogue of specific infractions; it's an attitude, a spiritual condition. We can live all our lives without having committed any specific guilty action, and still suffer the consequences of sin. What makes the sin against the Spirit "unforgivable" is that the Spirit represents God working within us to bring down our barriers against him. Rejecting the Spirit is rejecting the forgiveness itself. (And, by the way, only God knows for sure whether we've really done so.)

God is Forgiving, and if you want to turn away from the devil and return to God, Go to God and ask for his forgiveness, and if you really mean it, God will know, cause he knows whats really in your heart. But God would be more then happy to have you back where you should be. God will take anyone back for anything they have done, if they are truthful. Why else do you think Jesus died on that cross and shed his blood to cover you of your sins. Go to God, everything will be GREAT!!! Blessed be Always - p.s. Don't worry, God will buy your soul back!!!

If you knew God, and were born again, you have His Seal of protection. Even if you turn away for years, even if you committed horrible acts, you are still His.

You can always return to Him. Always.

I am living proof. I turned away from Him for 30 years. The first day I returned, I knew He was there with open arms. I felt the rejoicing. I felt His presence.

Once you are His, your soul cannot be sold to satan. God has His hand on you. You are protected.

Now, you might give into temptation in a BIG way. But, you are protected from selling your soul.

Hey don't worry about it like they said your soul is not yours to give away your soul will always remain Gods. He will forgive you as he is a loving God ad he did die for your sins. I bet you if you have asked for forgiveness and never do it again i will meet you in heaven one day. So relax ask His forgivness and you will be fine and take this as a learning curb He knew you would do this even before you did it. Its up to you how you make it right

The unforgiveable sin is debated but in the Bible it says thet blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is it. Why? Because the primary job of the Holy Spirit is to attest to the truth that Jesus is the Son of God and salvation is only found in him. Therefore, by blaspheming him, you are saying he is a liar and that Jesus is not the Son of God. And that is the only statement that condemns a person to hell. However, no one is ever beyond reach until the moment they breathe their last breath. Whatever you've done or said in the past, it can be forgiven and recovered.

If God is so powerful and forgiving then as long as when you do wrong you repent your sins then that should be ok. Personally i'd love to sell my soul and if it doesn't work out i should be able to go back to the shop and get a refund!!!

Selling your soul is just a man-made concept. The devil or any other thing cannot "own" your soul. And besides, we "sell out soul" in a figurative sense whenever we place anyone or anything above God.

As for denying or cursing the Holy Spirit...we do this when we deny God. In other words, when we choose NOT to follow God, we are denying Him. And if we choose not to follow God, we are effectively choosing our fate. God will not forgive us if we choose not to accept it. That's part of free will.

So, in answering your question, if you "sell your soul," of course God will fogive if you turn to Him and honestly ask for forgiveness and - here's the big part - turn from your sin and follow Him. If you shallowly ask for forgiveness and continue to live a life apart from God, you're in affect "selling your soul" again and choosing to deny God.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Sorry, don't mean to be rude, but you cannot 'sell your soul' and God always forgives because he loves us, he does not punish. Your soul returns to the spirit world (Heaven) when your earthly body dies regardless of whether you sin or not.

You will know. You're describing sinning away your day of grace. But God forgives. If you have said something against the Holy Ghost, then it is unforgivable, but people who were satan worshippers have been saved.
No one knows where you stand with God but YOU, and your asking tells that there is hope for you.
God bless you. You'll be alright.

Firt of all you can't sell something that dosen't belong to you. Your soul belongs to God. Read Ezekiel chapter 18 verse for. God says behold all souls are mine.also check out Ecclesiastes chapter 12 verse 7. Friend your spoul is not yours to sell. It belongs to God and when we die it returns to God. Also satan has no souls that he controls, for he is the first to taste eternal death in the end times read Ezekiel chapter 28,the whole chapter.it tlls of satans punishment. his punishment is to be turned to ashes from within. He will be gone for good, and he is the first to go. God loves you friend, and His hand of forgivness is sure and true. There is none like Him in heaven or earth. You can be forgiven, all you have to do is belive
