You know how you can buy those apple peelers, where you just turn a handle and the skin comes off? Is there something like this I can buy for potatoes? I like making potato dishes, but hate peeling potatoes! Thanks for your advice!! :)

I work as a chef and have peeled enough potatoes to feed a small country I think! I've always had one of those speed peelers. It is metal and is in the shape of a U as the handle and has the peeling blade across the top. It gives you a good grip and more leverage for getting the job done fast. Much faster than the supermarket pen shaped ones. Go to a kitchen specialty shop or if you have no idea where one might be, ask at a decent local restaurant where the chefs buy their knives and equipment from

You just might have to camp out at the kitchen store.
I just saw a pair of gloves embedded with an abrasive and you just scrub the potatoes.
I prefer the double edge cutter shaped like a knife.
