I have been harrassed with hate email. Is there a way to ban certain people from sending me email? Has anyone else been harrassed with hate email? How can I make them stop? It's Suzanne and ChooseRealityPlease. Has anyone else had a problem with these two? What would you do?

The fact that they are trying to intimidate you should show you that your messages are sound. Don't let them shut you up by intimidating you. Just delete the email from them and move on.

Do not allow email through YA. Of course, you won't get emails from friendly YA people neither then.

Don't get mad. Just ignore the hate mails. Read a few lines and you can tell. Or try to understand what they say. There is no one way to solve many problems.

After more Christian fundamentalist vitriol, venom, and not surprisingly, really foul language than you could read in a year, and since there is no function to block specific mailers and Yahoo can't keep up with it all, I simply disabled the email. It's too bad, but people use it to indulge their childishness.

I think a lot of people in this section are being forced to disable the email function. There are just a lot of irrational and emotionally unstable folks who think their deities are speaking to them and urging them to violence and hate, and even more who think their tidbit of apologetics or evangelism is so pithy and incisive that it's going to save my soul. Either way, it's a waste of their time to write it and mine to read and erase it.

Well you could go into your 360 account and turn off your email but why should you do this, instead just delete their emails whenever you see them,I guarantee that they will soon get bored sending them.

Nope I do not get hate mail!

Kinda funny seeing as how I am a Satanist.

What I get are people that understand where I'm coming from and agree with me on a lot of points. They may not entirely agree with me but that's fine too.

I'm not here to win a popularity contest. I am just myself and I let the chips fall where they may!

If you are getting hate mail then you need to ask yourself what you are doing to cause that responce? Perhaps it is the message or philosophy by which you are sending out that is generating the negative responce!

If someone is sending you email, and it is a result of this "Answers" format . . . then change your settings so no person is able to send you email.

Report the e-mail address to Yahoo, put it in your block list, report it as spam

Why do you let it get to you? Just politely tell them to piss off, and they'll crawl back under their rocks, like good little trolls.
