How can you know anything when your dead?
Belief in life after death is pathetic. Something weak-minded fools do because they can't change the life they have. Or because it makes them feel better comparing themselves to more successful people.
Believing you'll go to heaven because you were good on earth is hypocritical. You're being good only because you'll get something for it. It's like helping an old lady cross the road to impress your friends.

I am a nurse, have been with a person during the dying process, more than I can count now, and yes I can honestly say that they are aware that their body is wearing down. This goes for believers and non-believers.

But I think it is sad for those who do not believe in God. To think that when the body dies it just ceases to exist. I don't understand why an afterlife is so hard to grasp. But sadly enough, whether one believes in it or not, your soul will spend eternity somewhere. That somewhere will be how you chose to live now.

She had her daughter fasting while she replaced into in junior extreme. that extremely aggravating me. The humorous ingredient replaced into the mummy smoked. i think of that as quickly because it contains toddler's well being freedom of religion shouldn't exist. i'm quite conservative while it contains scientific therapy. we've had some undesirable reports interior the previous. i do no longer take my youngsters to the well being care provider over small issues. i exploit nutrition as drugs to spice up their immune device and that they have got in no way had a fever bigger than one hundred and one or mandatory antibiotics. they have each had an twist of fate even however that required stitches and a bypass to to the ER. yet i could take them in a heart beat in the event that all of them started showing signs and indicators that his woman did. One exception is scientific therapy that has been proved to haven't any helpful result or a destructive result. this is real of a few chemo therapy on particular cancers.

Man is made of spirit, soul and body. The spirit is eternal and cannot die. The spirit is dead biblically if it is not alive to God. All people, believers or unbelievers will be resurrected for judgment for life or condemantion as the following Scriptures show:.

Job 21:30-32 For the wicked are reserved for the day of doom. They shall be brought out on the day of wrath. Who condemns his way to his face? And who repays him for what he has done? Yet he shall be brought to the grave, And a vigil be kept over the tomb.

John 5:27-30 and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man. Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth – those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.

You disregard them at your owm risk.

you are very a small-minded man!
it is not right to descriminate against other people's religions, just because you dont agree with the beliefs!

first of all: it really depends on your religion, of what's after death. all religions have some type/form of god to believe in. for some, when you die you are simply leaving your body to be reincarnated yet again.

I know that everyone is entitled to there on beliefs, however I feel it is not right for you to laughingly make jokes about what I and many others feel very strongly about. If you don't believe that God has a better place for us after we leave this world, well like I said that is your right to believe what you want. I however do believe. I believe that my grandparents are there, my friends who have passed. God may not be real to you, however he is very real to many people, and you should respect others.

I think it's ironic, but they mean well. They truly do not want to believe that things will end. They want to believe that their life experiences, memories and DNA will somehow go on without any basis in reality. They want to believe that their loved ones will meet with them again (except for the ones that will suffer for eternity). It's an innocent, albeit primitive, belief, but you can't be shocked at their everlasting naviete and hope!

It's hilarious. Yeah, I guess I shouldn't have bothered with all that college, when I could have gotten an education for free by just killing myself.

Their faith specializes in self-referential thinking. It just goes round and round in a circle and, to them, this proves that it's right.

Those of us who've spent outside of the circle see that this logic is full of holes.
