I was just wondering if any of you think you have a special gift from God. I'm not really talking about singing, painting and things like that. I mean strange gifts....I think He has blessed me with the gift of tears, but I'm not certain. Anyone else have interesting gifts/experiences that can only be explained through your faith?
Thank you for sharing and +God+ Bless!

For those of you who do not know what this gift is:
"Transformative and sacred weeping is defined by the author as the “spilling over of tears” which is intense, spontaneous and seemingly involuntary, that is not caused by obvious immediate stimuli or set of conditions known to the weeper. In contrast to tears caused by the common human passions and their accompanying stimuli, transformative weeping evidences little reddening of the eyes or contortions of the facial muscles and is accompanied by feelings of physical and psychological well-being. To the weeper, it seems a gift. According to a twentieth-century writer, “... ‘the gift of tears’-the very expression shows that the tears in question are supernatural, associated not with human passions but with the experiences of God. Even their physiological aspects manifest this fact. They flow without strain or effort, without violent sobbing or contraction of the face” (Gillet, 1937, p. 7)"

Sometimes I know things about other people without them telling me, or I know about things before they happen.
I only seem to get this information when I'm either worshiping or praying.
I'll be praying for someone when I "see" something happening to them.

The only gifts the Bible speaks about are the Gifts of the Holy Spirit all the rest what we are born with are our talents that's why each one of us have them so differently when we are born again we received the Holy Spirit what comes with Gifts this Gifts are mentioned in the book 1 CORINTHIANS 12 1-11 read the whole of chapter 12 about a gift of tears i have never heard that it is a gift the Bible mentions plenty of tears but what we also see is that once there where tears after wards there was joy and remember THE JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH

Yes i have to admit it . I've been having premonitions since i am a lil' girl, i have even won at the lottery several times after seeing the numbers in my sleep. i am serious! most of the time people are just jealous when you tell them things like that, but actually i am sure everyone has the "third eye" or the "sixth sense"I've just accepted my gift.

Nope all of my gifts / skills come from things that I have worked to develop!
However I am a Satanist & I take full responcibility for my life and my actions! If there is something you enjoy then YOU must work to be the best at it. Nothing is going to just be dropped into your lap by some spooky God!

i've got faith that that's authentic, that we do have a variety of of specific presents that are unique to anyone. those presents are apart from those of existence, Salvation, skills and such. There are 9 presents. they're: faith, healing, prophesy, miracles, discernment of spirits, be attentive to expertise, be attentive to expertise, tongues, the translation of tongues. There are different presents/ virtues, like peace, mercy, being a prayer warrior, a instructor, and so on. the way all of us understand which one/s we've is thru fasting and prayer, and throughout the time of God's will and timing. undergo in recommendations that Jesus lived his existence as one human beings until eventually His time. even while He went to the marriage in Cana, He instructed his mom, "it is not my time," to alter the water into wine, because of the fact it grew to become into no longer nonetheless His time. Our time will come, and we would desire to wish to correctly known it, and extra importantly, what to do with our present/s, and reward. to boot, we would desire to declare our reward and our presents daily. by using claiming, we are professing our faith that the presents are there, and that we've faith. it is all approximately faith, and we would desire to wish for extra of that too.

I prefer to think that life's experiences and my own hard work have moulded my character and given me certain positive qualities rather than believe God endowed me with them. I earned my "gifts" through my own efforts.
