I don't know where it's found in the Bible, but the word itself means catastrophe. It could appear in many places throughout the Bible! You will often find it written HaShoah which means The Catastrophe.

Did you know that Holocaust means burnt offering? Not only were Jews tortured and killed, they are now considered to have been burnt offerings!

I found a website that says it appears in 3 places in the Tenach (Hebrew Bible).
(These are English translations so you don't see the word shoah)

Eyov (Job) 30:3: They are gaunt with want and famine; they gnaw the dry ground, in the gloom of wasteness and desolation.

Tehilim (Psalms) 35:8: Let destruction come upon him unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself; with destruction let him fall therein.

Yisheyah (Isaiah) 47:11: Yet shall evil came upon thee; thou shalt not know how to charm it away; and calamity shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it away; and ruin shall come upon thee suddenly, before thou knowest.

It says that "in the scriptures, shoah indicates a desolation of cosmic proportions", so it wouldn't necessarily be referring to the Holocaust as we know it. It also said that if you are looking at a 'King James Bible' that the word is lost in the translation.
