There are two treatments i can recommend the 1st (which i would advise) is a course of 6 elemis tri-enzyme facial which is a resurfacing facial which uses natural ingredients to exfoliate the skin and remove all the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. As well as the 6 treatments you would also be advised to use the homecare products to get best results. Visit www.elemis.com for more info on the facial and products. Or you could try IPL skin rejuvenation which is similar to a laser treatment you will need 3-6 treatments to completely remove the pigmentation.

Hyperpigmentation occurs in the deeper levels of the skin, and as those skin cells get closer to the surface, the pigmentation is visible. Unfortunately, once the damage is done, it is done - you can't undo it. But - you CAN lighten the surface cells. You have to keep the treatment up though, otherwise as the surface cells slough off and those deeper layers keep coming to the surface, the dark spots will reappear. The most effective thing for hyperpigmentation is prescription hydroquinone, which you can get from a dermatologist. In addition to the hydroquinone, you need to be sure to apply sunscreen (SPF 30) every day, even when it is cloudy or overcast. If you keep this regimen up and stick with it, you can dramatically fade those dark spots and help keep new ones from appearing.

There is nothing better than chemical peel or diamond peel try getting in touch with a derma who is good and doesn't charge a lot. Just 1 sitting more than half will be done and 2 more sitting everything will be clear from your face. For the remaining part of your body rub tomato juice as it is a natural way to remove tan and even out skin. Drink tomato juice daily and it will cure your skin naturally. spending money 3 times on chemical peel is better than spending 10times on cosmetic and make up which is temporary.

I don't think there is anything safe on the market that you can use. Go and see your doctor and he will send you to a specialist who can hopefully help.
