Well most of the time i feel down,
unhappy.
upset,
irattated or
angry,
and most of the time i do not no why i feel this way.

Then other times i feel hyper,
like nothing is gonna get me down,
and lively.

I dont seem ever to be okay.....just one or the other.
is that how everyone feels?

It sounds like a bi-polar disorder; periods of feeling on either extreme end of the spectrum. You need to see a physician and ask to be referred to a psychiatrist. General physicians are not trained to deal with mental disorders. With therapy and medication, you can get your life under control and not have the mood swings or feel like you need to injure yourself. Please take this advice and get help, there is no need for you to continue to feel this way. Good luck to you.

I would say most of us feel this way. If it is effecting the quality of your life, maybe asking for help might be a good thing. I fnot, accepatance is the key.

if your still in your teens I would say it's completely normal but if your 20 and up you might want to see a Doctor. You might feel depressed because your doing wrong or you feel no one cares about you or you don't like the way you look but that doesn't matter Jesus loves you and does care about how you feel he wants you to except him also he wants to fill your life with happiness but you have to let him. How?

sometimes i've heard about is as bipolar but of coure i'm not a doctor...
at the beginning of course, it would be difficult to accept, but if you know a psychologue, just give it a try...
i hope, whatever it is, that you can find your way to happiness...good luck!

My friend, it sounds like you are bi-polar.

Also your name won't win you many friends on here...in fact it might even get you thrown off. Think again.

And see your doctor very soon. Good luck.

It sounds to me that you are in the process of living your life to please everyone else's expectations of you... and then, when you get tired of it never being good enough anyway... backlashing intermittently and going against that desire on the other hand... taking yourself to extremes to take back your power and justify your feelings...

Learn to love yourself, live for yourself and stop trying to conform to everyone else's expectations of you.

Dealing with yourself honestly and being who and what you are despite what anyone else might come along and say... along with responsability and accountability for yourself and your actions is the foundation of mental health...

Personally, I find that when I am not in the midst of people and their bullshit... I am perfectly fine.

It is whenever I get around people; Their games, their secret needs to; Divide, take, destroy and hurt others to feel better about themsleves and their own often miserable conditions... and then lie about what they have done...

That is when I become all of the above and then some. Depressed, angry, hurt and what often seems like crazy to anyone on the outside looking in...

Insanity is simply the brain trying desprately to make sense of what it cannot... For whatever reason. Chemicals, people, ignorance, whatever...

People are garbage in their best moments. All of their greatest attempts at altruisim, selflessness, charity, helping others... all of it is to look better, feel better or gain SOMETHING for themselves in the process...

People are the problem darling... If you make it through life with even one confidant, one person you can love and respect and gain even a fraction of that back...

consider yourself lucky...

and the people who are fast to diagnose you, and chuck a pill down your throat...Well they just realize that their exists in you, an inability to deal with people, and their garbage and they take advantage of that:

By forming a career around human lack and pain, labeling you with a scarlett letter of a diagnosis and then medicating you, mostly so that you lose your desire to breed and socialize and mix and mingle amongst them who can deal with one another for all their shitty, catty, little petty, reasons and rational for being alive... Not to mention it makes them feel better about themselves by proxy...

L'enfer c'est les autres... "hell is people." Sartre.
