as long as you hang it up between uses so it can thoroughly dry, it's fine. it's just when it stays moist that bacteria can grow on it.

It depends on how many times u use it. (twice, three times, etc.) It cant be too healthy since the moisture in the towel can cause rapid bacteria growth. But I guess if u shower thouroughly it should be ok. Just try not to make a monthly practice of using the same towel

As long as you hang it up to dry, you are fine to reuse a towel. Just try to be careful and not dry your face with the part that you used to dry your feet the day before.
Have you been to a nice hotel or a five-star resort lately? They all encourage reuse of towels to save the environment! (And some $ for them, I'm sure...)
By the way... my mom is a nurse, and we had a long conversation about reusing towels. We both feel that it is a good thing to do. You will save money, save resources, and I don't think anything bad will happen to you. I've been doing it for years! I put mine in the wash after 3 uses.

As long as you are doing a good job showering it's okay to use a towel more than once. It is a good idea to change it every few days though.

Im not sure where you would get info on it. But i cant see why it would be bad your only drying a clean body. As long as you hang the towel up to dry/air properly. I wouldnt use it for more then a week tho.

It all depends on your lifestyle. If you have a job that basically gets you quite dirty each day.......then definitely no. If you have a low key office job.......then you could probably use it 2 times.
