If you are in public, and you really need to sneeze, would you stiffle it or just let it go?

Just let it go, but cover you mouth and nose before letting it fly. Flying spittle is not a very nice thing. Be considerate :)

cover your mouth and nose, but let it go. it can damage your ears if you keep it bottled up.
