Trace the signals back through the DCS programming. The Logic diagram should have adequate notations to reconstruct a list of control room alarms and interlocks.
It would save you months of work to simply review the printed logic diagrams.

I would also cross reference with the P&ID's and PFD's to verify the process operation.

They should all come up on the operator interface displays. That is what those displays are for.

If you had an alarm and you started pawing through drawings to find what the problem is that could be the end of the plant. That is why they show up on your console monitor.

Similarly if you want to startup and did not see the interlocks clearly that would be a horrible design.

Talk to the programmer or look at the code and find them.
