As a mother of two who love to eat homemade pancakes I will have to say YES YOU CAN.
The trick is to let them cool completely before freezing (condensation = ice crystals) between each pancake place wax paper or parchment paper (like hamburgers patties) and seal in an air tight bag (I use a straw to suck out the air in the bag)
To re-heat, I let them sit on the counter for a couple of minutes (so they can warm up) and place in the toaster. If you just go from freezer to toaster the outside would be crispy and the inside still cold. If you let them warm up and soften a little they cook just like the ones out of the box.
Best of luck and enjoy.
P.S. This works great with chocolate chip, blueberry and peanut butter pancakes, not so well with banana or strawberry though.

Sure. We do this all the time. I freeze the individual pancakes first, with a piece of waxed paper between each pancake (so they don't stick.) Then I wrap each portion individually in foil and put all the stacks into a labeled freezer bag.
When I want pancakes in the morning, I take out a portion & re-heat. We used to have a toaster & I would just pop them in the toaster. I got sick of the crumbs & bought a toaster oven and now I just pop the packet (foil & all) into the toaster oven.

Sure, we do it all the time. Make sure the pancakes are completely cool, then seal them in Ziploc's or Tupperware, something airtight, and freeze. They keep for several weeks or even months, as long as they're airtight.
To reheat, the micro works best. Just put them on a micro safe plate and defrost for 30 sec. or so, then heat on high for 20-30 sec. depending on how many you're doing at once and how powerful your micro is. Butter and syrup as usual.
They almost taste fresh, and you're right, it is a big time saver on a school morning. Enjoy!

I tried it and they didn't reheat right. They were really soggy and I didn't want to touch them. As for the frozen pancakes at the store, the good ones are the ones that are totally frozen, not the ones that say keep refrigerated, I've tried 3 of those brands and they all grew mold by the second day of still sitting in their package in the fridge. Making them fresh is the way to go.

Yes absoulutly. I have done it all my cooking life. Works as well or better than the store bought. Put wax paper between the cakes and seal in zipper freeze bags. Happy eating.

I have made them, froze, and reheated in the microwave. Never tried the toaster but the microwave worked fine. Just make sure to not over heat or they will be tough.

Speaking from experience, the process works. Freezing them and heating them later works. It's the same as going store-bought.

i don't see why not just make sure you make them small enough to fit in the toaster and thin enough that they will heat all the way through
