Short of classified projects...Military and civilian engines have Inconel Turbine Blades.
Composites mean- CERAMIC when talking turbine blades and they can't name an engine line with those cool popular science items.
Carbon composites are strictly guide vanes in the compressor!
fan blades are stainless for the most part

Most of the question has been answered.
I thought I would throw in the fact that these turbine blades have air foil like the air foil on plane wings.
Blades move cold gases, inlet air.
Buckets move hot gases, exhaust gases.

Dude, type in "ceramic material for turbine" in the search box. You will find more than you ever needed to know, and it's all up to date, cutting edge info. Metals are going the way of the doo-doo bird in jet engines.

these answers are all correct but on large jets such as the 777 the baldes are so large if they werre made of a metal alloy they would be too heavy. They are made of a carbon composite with the leading edge made of an alloy of nickle and titanium

they are titanium alloys. depending on which blades, compressor blades, turbine blades, they differ slightly in their alloying matterials, but titanium is the major metal.

in terms of aviation engines: heat resisting steel alloy. turbine MAY not be of titanium, cause titanium burns! compressors are made of titanium.

gas turbine, steam turbine, water turbine?? I know your not asking about the water turbine...blades are cast...but ...depending on the use and the environment its used in...what ever its not aluminum, magnesium or brass they wouldn't last long.....the alloy is designed to the use, environment and temp for the application..base metal might all be the same....try lycoming or GE web sites you might get the make up of the metal but not the metallurgical break down
