Here's a good website for you that explains how and why things are kosher.

I always found that strange as well! I live in the Middle East and there is a separate section for the Pork products...They have Jello and Cheese and Chips and Cereal in the Pork section....I have looked at all the ingredients and there was no Pork listed so I am not sure why they Consider Jello and Fruit Loops Pork Products...
I myself steer clear of anything that says it contains Pork but have often wondered why the Jello is in there...

I've never heard of that but it depends on how strict the Jewish person is. Some Jewish people don't follow all the rules, even some Orthodox ones.

Someone who's super strict is NOT going to using any pork product no matter what. It's not like they'd be fooled in using pork products since the most strict Jewish people I know only shop at Kosher stores/delis and buy products created by Jews for Jews (BJFJ, I guess...)

Jewish do not eat pork thus i don't think they have foods that contain pork.

I think you're a bit confused, Jewish (& Muslim) people cannot eat pork or pork products. You may be thinking of 'kosher bacon' and imitation that doesn't have any pork in it.

There is no actual list of kosher foods, but the laws are nicely written for you here:
