I think it might depend on what you use the CokeRewards for -- that is, if you used it to buy things like drugs, hookers, bjs, and other black-market or illegal things, then you should be fine.

If you use it to buy things like iPods or a car, then I'm sure you have to report it. Unless you are an illegal alien, then you don't have to file taxes, just collect welfare.

No, those are considered a cost reduction and are not taxable. Same deal as frequent flyer miles or frequent hotel guest points.
