Both realy...it just depends on the girl. Personaly I prefer hair down and a little bit of a curly wave to it but hair up can be sexy too. What realy impresses me is a girl that can pull off looking good while still being herself at the same time. Hope that helps =)

It depends on the person.
Taller girls should generally have their hair down and long, while short girls should have their hair up or short.
You must realise that every girl is beautiful, but every girl is uinique. If your face is long and narrow than pulling your hair back will look nice, but if your head is a little bit wide, then having your hair down with a parted fringe will make your head look taller and thinner.

That is a matter of subjective preference, different men will have different responses. I like long straight hair hanging down....not into hair doos...
