my ex and i.. been together for 3.5 yrs...she moved out and left me because i told her good friend she threw a phone at my new lcd tv.she dated a guy for 3 months..i begged and pleaded her to come back.now we are dating for the last month.however no holding hands ,kisses.she wants to go slow...she had gone to his place last friday night till 3 am and tonight till 3 am.just to talk she claims.she wants to be friends with him..when she is with me she is tired and goes home at 10 pm.she cant stay up late with me..i told her i dont like it but she says he needs someone to talk too.we are suppose to be rebuilding our relationship and i feel if she doesnt devote her time for me shes not 100 percent with me.she says im being pushy.what the hell is goin on here. how can i get her to stop disrespecting me by calling him and seeing him

Change the locks on the door and DO NOT give her a new key! Turn out all the lights and don't answer the door or the phone. She'll catch on much quicker than you did!

She is doing this to you because you are allowing her to treat you that way. Give me a break, you were together for 3 1/2 years and she "wants to take it slow"???????????? She is playing you buddy and you need to open your eyes. Who cares that you told her friend she threw a phone at your TV. I think she was just looking for an excuse to get out of the relationship. I bet she hasn't even broke up with that other guy. She's two timing both of you.
The only way you can get her to stop disrespecting you is for you to stop disrespecting yourself. Have some pride and dignity. You are not getting what you want out of the relationship so why continue it? You deserve better. You need to tell her that you are not happy with the way things are and where things are headed so it's best you go your seperate ways.

Do you talk to any of your ex's till 3 am i'm guessing the answer is no! You don't need to talk to someone until 3 am unless you are trying to sleep with them or you are already sleeping with him. How do you think she would feel if you went to an ex's till 3am i'm sure she'd be pissed. She is being completely unfair and i think you should just leave her be with him and move on and find someone who isn't going to screw with your head like this chick is doing, she is obviously playing mind games and the best way to win is to not play them at all.

She must tell you directly that she is sleeping with his new bf, and that she is tired of your attitude.
It must not only because of the Icdtv, there must be other reasons for her to fall out of love with you,i think she must had known his bf before you split up..
No need to gain her back, you will only get hurt, just move on, at first, it will seems very hard, but at the end you will find someone who will love you more...

Tell her that if "we" cant work it out and "we" dont love each other then why are we together. You can tell her you love her but I dont think that will make a difference. If she is hanging out with another guy just to talk then she must like him. She should be talking with you! It seems like she is bored with you. Not to say the offensively but if I rather talk to another guy then my own boyfriend then I dont like my boyfriend anymore.
She might wants some space to, but she needs to spend more time with and and talk to you if you to are trying to work everything out.

The answer is to just let her go... The signs are there... Man believe me I went through the same damn thing... she was always talking to her ex and would always say she just wanted to be friends with him and he needed her to talk to and things like that... Don't wait for her to piss him off and have him tell you what is really going on... Just let her go.... When people want to leave you let them go... she isn't trying and she won't... You need to trust that shes being honest. Give her space, thats the most important or you will push her right into another mans arms.
Just tell her that you want to start over, and you will give her exactly what she needs for that to happen. Just give her space. And if your honest with her, she will eventually reciprocate.
