Do guys focus on tiny details about a lady?
e.g (moles,scars,pimples,hair......ect) or do they not pick up on these things and see beyond that?

lol, unfortunately, men arent detail orientented creatures. Which is natural for them, and unfortunate for women, because we are and we want them to be.
A man will appreciate an overall change, but dont get mad if they dont notice you've waxed your eye brows or have a new shade of lipstick. Thats not the way the male mind works.

Moles? Pimples? Huh? Do women actually have that stuff? I usually notice that they have hair, but the rest is news to me.

yeah they pick up on it at first. but like anything, once you see it enough, you get used to it and get past it.
