Typical mother-in-law problem.
You are not the only one.

No-one is good enough for momma's boy, and deep down she really hates losing him.

Point is: This is her issue. Not yours.
You don't have to tell her she isn't losing her son, but gaining a daughter. She should have the sense of realising that herself.

Check the internet on practical tips on dealing with this, because you are not alone.

Watch out, if you marry him. She is going to be an overbearing mother-in-law------always trying to put her nose into your business.

I am the mother of a son and a daughter. I know that what he/she does is their own business. I love my children, but I know better than to try to control them. Their lives are their own.

don't go by bad examples.set your own. give her a feeling that she has 'gained' a person who can help her in making her lil boy grow into a real man.

Nothing your bf has to set his mom straight.

Tell her if she receives a ransom note from you, then she can be worried that her son has been stolen.

Try to spend time with him and include her....such as just spending time talking at their home.
