I love my family; the feel of a warm breeze caressing my face and skin; the feel of swimming in a mountain river; a wonderful sunset; the smell of spring flowers on a warm, gentle wind; young lovers; love in general; pets and their unconditional love (who I believe are angels on earth!); the blessing of having been able to watch my children grow into such splendid, graceful, compassionate people who have opened my heart to such love I would give my life for them.
I could think of much more, but I'll leave that to you. ;-))

I find it difficult to love my family. I love soft air. That's great when it's a bit humid. I don't know about mountain rivers. You'd have to be prepared for that. My husband is a pretty prepared sort of person. A mountain river might be cold. You'd want a big towel for after that. Sunsets are nice. I want to grow some flowers. Not so big on pathetic sentimental scenes except when they happen accidentally, pets are great, well I didn't get to see my children grow because they were taken from me like a lot of Aboriginal children were as well with no just cause. I believe that it's God's will that they were taken by oligarchies so as to show that it's not a racist issue - it's pride and arrogance that causes it. How any celebrity could show off their new baby in a photo spread is beyond me. It's got nothing to do with whether the child can handle it - of course they can. It's just sticking it in the face of all those who haven't had that basic right afford them of keeping their own children. How many women have been pressured to give up their chidren for adoption under false presumptions about their ability to parent. Nobody knows what's going to happen tomorrow and I love that. There's always something new to learn.

You are truly blessed. Lately the pressures of this world have weighed heavy on me and I take joy knowing that this is not the end and that I know where I am spending eternity. I too have enjoyed the wonders of Gods paint brush .
I love sitting on my deck watching the natural world doing business as usual. On my work day it eludes me.
I enjoy the fact that I can talk with God anytime I choose. I remember a time B.C. In Vietnam when bullets and bombs were surrounding me. People were getting hit and we could see no enemy. I began to pray and discovered , I did not know how. I was so frustrated. Now it is so easy and casual.
I love my daily talks and surrendering my burdens to him and remembering to pray for others.
I love that that doorway is open to me.

I love the reality of thinking positively and letting go.
Taking action yes but really believing in being at peace and realizing this is all appearances.
Not judging. I love that I let go of organized religion and have an elevated consciousness. I love passing that on to my children. I love broadening my mind heart and soul. I love the evolving compassion in our genes.
This is life.

Well this may seem very simple to you. But how about a roof over my head, food in my cabinets, krispy kreme donuts, my wife in the morning making me coffee, my rally roper lawn mower (with headlamps), going to church on Sunday, my stepson, knowing that God has a plan for me, fireflies in late spring, my no-bake peanut butter cookies, banana nut bread, my old pickup truck, the simpleness of children & last but not least, thinking about all of these things. Good post!
