Nope, just death.
I also had a dream about a building falling apart in an abnormal way just before 9/11.

Its usually "if you dream of a death you hear of a birth", and vice versa. But that is about 'dreams', what you are describing sounds more like 'predictions', especially if it is happening each time these messages come to you in your sleep.
Does it happen with anything else other than death ??If so i would seriously think about tuning into this if i were you, and developing it further.

You could be particularly intuitive, I have pre-cognitive dreams from time to time.....It's easier to access so called psychic information in the dream state, your conscious self is out of the way....
